Our intuition might lead us to believe that an X-DNA match of a given number of centiMorgans would be from a more distant ancestor than an autosomal match
of the same size. After all, the X Chromosome is recombined less and passed fully intact more often than the autosomes. This study shows that it would be
reasonable to apply this logic to one particular chromosome, but not when comparing the X Chromosome to all autosomes combined.
